NewsDesk@bactiman63 The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services reported last week on a case of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) in a 13-year-old Quarter Horse mare in Jackson County. The horse showed clinical signs of elevated temperature, incoordination, inability to stand, and blindness. The animal was euthanized. Officials call the horse's vaccination status undervaccinated".
