Using Vagrant in Fedora 38

I am trying to learn vagrant in Fedora 38 work station. I have installed the Oracle virtual box and using it as a default provider for vagrant. While I ran the command vagrant up after initializing a server I am getting error messages in Oracle virtual box : " Guru Meditation ".

In the terminal I am getting error message : There was an error while executing `VBoxManage`, a CLI used by Vagrant
for controlling VirtualBox. The command and stderr is shown below.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
