Best VPN in mixed Linux Windows environment?
by mfoley from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6DQ1E)
Our office needs to install a VPN, if for no other reason than the Cyber insurance company wants us to or else up goes our premium.
We have a SonicWall TZ 400 as our Internet facing Firewall/Router. SonicWall offers a VPN, which a colleague of mine uses, but according to him we have to subscribe to the SonicWall security bundle in order to get the VPN. That package is $1000/yr and I'm not willing to do that.
We have a Linux server acting as the Active Directory / Domain Controller for an AD domain which includes mostly Windows 10 workstations, but also some Linux servers, only one of which is a domain member.
