Oracle license

Hi All ,

I am just assigned to manage a old oracle server , the version is 12c (12.1.0.2.0 ) enterprise.

I check the license is as below , just want to know if the license is valid or not ? I will upgrade it newer version , do I need to purchase license for the new oracle version ? or the existing license is perpetual ? thanks
