pulseaudio: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: Connection ":1.21" is not allowed

I am running pulseaudio in system mode. After a software update the daemon is running but there is no sound, default sink, no sound card found. There is only one log error line. I do not understand it. I do not know which configuration file or whether I can change it. I send 4 adjacent log lines:
D: [pulseaudio] dbus-util.c: Successfully connected to D-Bus system bus 6728f30aa6236f6165910c6964ce7912 as :1.21
