rinutils 0.10.2 requires Internet access

From rinutils 0.10.2 (Apr 27th, 2023), compiling the packages requires Internet access to download the missing cmake file "Shlomif_Common.cmake".
Previous versions source tarball contains that file.
Could it be that for this version you download the source code (0.10.2.tar.gz) file instead of rinutils-0.10.2.tar.xz?
The only differences between the two tarballs are the "Shlomif_Common.cmake" and "rinutils.spec" files (the latter seems not used) added in rinutils-0.10.2.tar.xz.
