liveslak problem
by glennmcc from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6E4K2)
I used iso2usb.sh to make a liveslak USB with persistence.
Boots and works perfectly with persistence on my i7 machine
but will not boot at-all on either of my Intel DualCore machines.
It just goes directly past the USB drive and boots the HDD
instead just as-if no USB drive were plugged-in.
It seems that the Intel DualCore machines do not like GPT/extlinux
Does anyone have any idea as to how to get it working with an Intel DualCore machine ?
BTW,
The liveslak DVD burned from the ISO boots and works perfectly on
both DualCore machines but of-course without persistence.
Even using dd to place the ISO onto the USB drive does the same...
boots and works perfectly but again without persistence.
