Did I destroy the Frakendebian and restore normal debian?

I went on a Linux Support Website and they said I had major issues (Yes!) and I had created a Frakendebian (I had to google this) and so I removed the repos to make the errors go away. The repos I removed are not in use, the apps I installed from they have been uninstalled long ago. Do you think I removed it?

Also, how can I make sure that I didn't delete something important, i.e., a repo which a package depends on? I mean, is there a way to find packages without repos?

I am using MX-Linux btw and yes, I did read the rules, but I still believe it belongs here.

Did I do right or do I have to go back and reenter some sources?
