Netgear Nighthawk AX4: RAX40 router unresponsive

Hello Folks,
Something odd took place with my router. It is Netgear Nighthawk AX4:RAX40. All of a sudden, it simply stopped providing ip configurations to the clients (using dhcpcd) and could not communicate with router, but all the light indicators were indicating that the router was ok. Eventually the clients would simply generate a pipa address. It was broadcasting the wifi ssids, but again clients (notebooks, etc) simply could associate. It was odd because everything on the router indicated that it was ok, but it was completely unresponsive.
Before going to buy another router, I simply reset the router and now, all of a sudden, it seems to be working fine (apart from me having to config everything again). So, my question is: is that router reliable or prone to fail again? I never had a router going in limbo mode on me while all light indicators indicated that the router was perfectly fine.
