Minor question with two monitors how to get the right hand monitor with displaying my applications I am running

{I had a stroke in 2011, and am brain damaged}
I was screwing around with my monitors, My left-side monitors is full of applications. PREVIOUSLY when I used an application, the right-side panel showed the applications.
HOWEVER, after screwing around with my monitors, the LEFT-side panel shows the applications.
Yes, it is a minor thing, but I have no idea how to get the right-side panel as it had done before.
