Motherboard ASUS PRIME B550M-A/CSM doesn't see 2nd Monitor

I've just installed a new ASUS PRIME B550M-A/CSM motherboard and AMD Ryzen 5 4600G "with Reaeon Graphics". The motherboard has 3 video adapters: VGA, HDMI, DVI. The computer this replaced had VGA and DVI monitors connected. I've plugged these same monitors into this ASUS. The VGA monitor works fine, but the DVI monitor is off. Booted Windows, the Display settings only shows the one monitor.
The sales tech said on-board video depended on the CPU, but I bought a CPU that supports that and I do get one monitor.
Is this a BIOS setting? Do VGA and DVI not work at the same time? Does this processor only support one monitor?
