Derek Carr active vs. Bucs, reportedly set to start despite shoulder injury

New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr is active for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite dealing with a shoulder injury, the team announced.
Carr is expected to start barring a pregame setback, a source told Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Carr suffered a sprained AC joint in the Saints' Week 3 loss to the Green Bay Packers and was listed as questionable for the game against Tampa Bay.
The 32-year-old was limited in practice on Friday, but he led the first-team offense and was able to make every throw needed, according to Nick Underhill of NOF Network.
Saints head coach Dennis Allen said Monday that Carr would be week-to-week. The four-time Pro Bowler took a big hit in the third quarter against the Packers, which resulted in him landing on his shoulder. He was forced to leave the game, and he did not return.
Carr has completed 57 passes for 636 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions this season.
