How to temporary disable system sound on Mint ?

Is there a simple way to temporary turn off all system sound on Linux Mint, except those from online source such as Youtube and Zoom, and can be re-enabled easily ? there are notification sounds occasionally while watching online video, I closed all other applications already, but there are still notification sound I am not sure from where.
