Cannot install Linux anymore in a particular notebook.

I have installed and tried a couple of distros in an old laptop with no problem whatsoever, but after a hardware problem it became impossible for me to install Linux again.I will try explain the details cause when I searched similar cases only focusing the error message it was to no avail in solving the issue.
I had installed and was working properly windows and lubuntu in dual boot. After a hardware problem I had to send the laptop to have the motherboard repaired and the HDD had disk errors cause the motherboard was causing the notebook to shutdown randomly.So I could not load the system anymore cause after several shutdowns it corrupted the grub menu. I did not tried to fix this for i was going to replace the hdd for an ssd anyway.
I installed windows on the new ssd with no problem. After that I proceed to installing Linux on dual boot and follows what happened:
1- using a bootable usb stick of Linux Lite 6.6 received the message file boot not found and then shows GNU GRUB;
2-tried first option, boot Linux Lite Live system. The screen flickers on and on and shows the message, grep: /root/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50unattended-upgrades: no such file or directory. Failed to start Show Plymouth Boot Screen. Raise network interfaces.
3-Tried the remaining options to no avail and in one of them I waited more than one hour for the final message but it got stuck and I gave it up.
Tried installing Peppermintos Debian based.
1- boot not found then goes to a menu;
2- tried fail-safe mode option, after more than 1h it got stuck with no final message.
3- he other options on the menu were similar to the Linux lite and resulted on the same error messages.
I created both USB live using Popsicle and later on tried using balena etcher. The result was the same.
I tried to search on internet for solutions using the error message I received related to Plymouth but the suggestions could not fix the problem. In all cases that i found Linux were already installed whereas in my case I'm trying to install it.
Please, could someone give me some support?
