moving thunderbird windows 10 to linux

HOW can I move Thunderbird (windows) to Thunderbird ( Linux Mint Cinnamon ). I'm 81 and very new to Linux. I have usb booted and tried cinnamon, just worried about getting aall my Thunderbird files.
