Is there really no way to disable Whatsapp call ?

May be it is only me, I hated to use Whatsapp call, but people used to call me that way instead of using mobile call. The reason I hated Whatsapp call was the unstable reception and delay, people used to call me while I was moving around in transit the call audio breaking up, while they are in the office with wifi. I know there are workaround to disable Whatsapp call, but need to install the old version, and may not compatible with new one, so that I disable the call ring, and put a note on my title not to call me with Whatsapp that's all I can do. On the other hand Signal can disable that feature, so that I reduce use of Whatsapp now.
