Moving home server from Windows Server standard with a Raid 10 FakeRaid (motherboard Raid) to a Linux server.

Good Day everyone.
My Problem is that I decided to move my Home Server from Windows Server 2019 Standard to a Linux Server (will use another Physical SSD in case anything wrong happens so I can rollback).

My File Server and all my data (Not Backed Up or mirrored anywhere else) are on the following HDD configuration.
4x Red Nas 4 TB HDDs in fakeRaid Raid 10 configuration from an AMD GigaBite Motherboard.

From all my readings I can't find a method of mounting the FakeRaid from Linux (Thinking of Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu Pro)

Also, I do not have extra HDDs to copy my 7+ TBs of Data on so I can wipe the drives clean and do ZFS directly from scratch.

Do you have any Idea or any recommendations on how to accomplish this??

To recap, will use different SSD disk for OS, All Files are on Fake Raid 10 with 4x 4TB Red HDDs and no space to backup files before I test.

Thank you so much in advance and awaiting your reply.
