Barkley last played in Week 2 against the Arizona Cardinals. The Pro Bowl tailback racked up 155 scrimmage yards and two total touchdowns on 38 touches in the season's first two games before going down.
The 1-4 Giants went 0-3 with Barkley sidelined. The 26-year-old's return is a big boost to a New York offense that's averaged just 12.4 points per game in 2023.
The Giants are also turning to Tyrod Taylor at quarterback versus Buffalo to replace Daniel Jones, who's out with a neck injury.
