Sycom Joins the Noctua-Cooled GPU Party With RTX 4070, RTX 4060 Ti Graphics Cards

Japanese PC maker, Sycom has unveiled two new RTX 40 series graphics cards, cooled by Noctua CPU fans. But unlike previous Noctua Edition cards from Asus, Syncom has partnered with another manufacturer to help build these GPUs outside of Noctua.
