Juniper SRX 300
by SimonWh from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6FRP3)
Hi All,
I know this question has nothing to do with Linux, and I would not be upset if you told me to go away.
If by contrast someone can help me it would be much appreciated.
At my work (sorry we use Windows) we are having installed fiber optic.
The Company installing it says that we need 2 SRX 300, as we use an internal private network. They say that the router cannot handle our fixed IP going in and then a public IP going out.
We have been using this configuration for a long time in a basic internet set up.
I give the router an IP and set up all the computers with that gateway
I have tried to contact Juniper, without any reply.
If you can help thank you even if it is to say that what they say is true;
Simon
