Need help properly initializing a back up drive

Somehow, this computer has a built in 256 meg drive, that isn't or can't be physically seen as a drive when I open it. I installed a 1TB SSD drive in it, and it's working fine.

Howver, this 256 meg drive, that must be on the mother board or "somewhere," I tried to initialize it with "Disks" which is an app/program built into Ubuntu.

I really didn't know what i was doing, so I initialized every partition on it and named each partition "Backup Drive."

Now, I have like 4 of them showing up in my dock - 4 Backup Drives in the dock.

I want to know how I can properly initialize this 256 meg drive so that only one shows up in my Dock as "Backup Drive" please

2 images attached on how I screwed this up - the second image is 4 of them showing up on my Dock as all named "Backup Drive." Also, I'd like users here to tell me where this 256 meg drive is - on the mother board???

Perhaps there is a way for me to boot from the usb Ubuntu installer to format the 256 meg drive properly when it's unmounted or can I fix this with the "Disks" app/program in Ubuntu ?
