Ever since I ran that cron job for dej-dup --backup as root my entire system is messed up, my programs all decided to run as superuser, when I log in i have to open a terminal and Code:sudo mate-panel --replace & to get my screen back to it's original position as I can't see the taskbar, and all my programs decided to run as superuser, this is really bad and I am at a lost for words what can be done. My htop has decided to use its default settings, not the settings I set for it.
