ipmitool sol payload error activating

Hi all,
i am new here and need a lot of help, please be patient with me ;=)
Currently i am using CentOS7x on my host server trying to SOL to another server with the IPaddr assigned, but run into an error as below, I've tried to enable the payload but not successfully. Note: i am able to ping to the addr
Please help!

[root@localhost ~]# ipmitool -I lanplus -H 192.168.1.xx -U admin -P admin sol activate
Unable to Get Channel Cipher Suites
Error activating SOL payload: Command not supported in present state
