Libreoffice not showing full template

My wife needed to use one of those Avery sheets for stickers. However the template doesnit show correctly in LibreOffice. In those case the stickers are round. Libreoffice shows squares. I know this Microsoftis issue with not truly using open standards. For the. One t I have Windows still on a partition but rather not load it if I donit have to. Even google docs and office 365 browser based won't load it the same as an installed office word

Is there any way to get it to show the .doc file as it is instead of changing for whatever reason?
