How do I install Adobe Flash plugin for Pale Moon browser? (UbuntuMATE 22.04)

I have installers for a working version of Flash Player but I don't know which one to use and how to install any of them. 3 of them have instructions in them but I'm still new to installing programs on Linux so I'm not sure what to do with it. I have attached photos of the file names, the install/uninstall instructions in the 2nd flash installer, and the install/uninstall instructions in the 4th and 5th installers.
