Unknown Device

Google and Ebay have a problem seeing my Linux computer. I get emails from them about my Unknown Device.
Did some poking around the Internet seeking a solution and surmised it has something with Samba. So is there anybody on the Forum that can help ne with this?
So I went to the File System and found the Samba folder it is labeled private and is full of unknown file types. I am beginning to think my Samba has been corrupted, I really need some expert help on this.
