XFCE4 is crashing my Kali linux

As of yesterday when I turned on my laptop(Kali Linux) after 2 minutes it freezes. I can move the mouse around but when I click on something nothing would happen. Then when I click on the power manager button it turns to a black screen.
Before that it would say
i*Plugin "Power Manager Plugin" unexpectedly left the panel, do you want to restart it?
The plugin restarted more than once in the last 60 seconds. If you press Execute the panel will try to restart the plugin otherwise it will be permanently removed from the panel.*i
Can someone help me figure that out? Iim stuck.:confused:
