[SOLVED] Distro with the best repo?

I'm a slackware user. I'm happy with it. It's reliable, fixable, etc.

I now need a second distro, s more software is becoming very difficult to install, and slackware's extra repo is tiny. My requirements are:

1. A large number of devs packaging stuff.
2. Tech support available.
3. The biggest repository of precompiled external software packages.
4. Must survive under low use conditions.

It's just for the suites I want from time to time and don't want the nightmare building it into slackware. I'll put up with mad things like systemd, half-assed window or package managers, etc.
