Creative sound blaster play! 4 support on Linux?

Has anyone tried the Creative sound blaster play! 4 usb adapter under Linux?
It's one of the few that do not officially mention Linux support. I do care
about plag-and-play support and not having to use "wine" to download drivers.
I also don't care about their software but just the functionality.
