[SOLVED] How to execute RMLINT .SH file?
by ericlindellnyc from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6GXXX)
I started using RMLINT as a substitute for dupeguru, which is too slow and RAM-hungry. I've created the version of the command that works for me, and the output files have been generated -- .SH and .JSON.
My problem is I don't know how to execute the .SH file. I've tried executing it at the command prompt with and without SUDO -- with and without .SH extension. I've CHMOD'd it. Nothing works.
I've checked both SH and JSON, and the script definitely found the one duplicate file. How can I execute this file to delete duplicates?
Thanks .. BTW -- I'm using rmlint -gvbex -T "df"
