System Freezes. Kernel does as well. Diagnostic suggestions please?

Hello,
System details:
Then I started experiencing random system freezes/reboots. I found that the RAM was throwing lots of errors. I tried using spare RAM, Teamgroup 3600, but the system was still freezing/rebooting. I warrantied the MB again.
The system was still unstable, so I warrantied the CPU. The previous Ripjaws kit was still throwing memory errors, albeit less frequently in memtest. So I'm warrantying the kit out. But the system is no more stable with the known good Teamgroup kit than the RipJaws one.
I considered that maybe the Linux Kernel could tell me what's going on, so I forwarded the dmesg output to another system. The messages are fairly benign. The last one is a bit weird though:
Code:fuse: init (API version 7.38)
XFS (XXX): Mounting V5 Filesystem fc937b2e-b4c7-46a8-9cd7-2a9e5ed1fc44
XFS (XXX): Ending clean mount
xfs filesystem being mounted at XXX supports timestamps until 2038 (0x7fffffff)
ahci 0000:02:00.1: port does not support device sleepI'm out of ideas as to what's going on. Does anyone have some suggestions as to how I can find out what the real root cause(s) of my system freezes/reboots are?
Thanks!
