Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns due to an ankle injury, the team announced.

Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said Friday that Lawrence will "probably" be a game-time decision, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The former No. 1 pick suffered a high ankle sprain during the fourth quarter of Monday night's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. He was unable to finish the game.

Lawrence didn't practice earlier this week but was a limited participant during Friday's session.

Lawrence has completed 67.9% of his passes for 3,004 yards and 14 touchdowns against seven interceptions this season. The star signal-caller has yet to miss a game due to injury since being drafted in 2021.

If Lawrence is unavailable, veteran C.J. Beathard will presumably start against the Browns. Jacksonville also has quarterback Nathan Rourke on the practice squad.

Christian Kirk, who leads the Jaguars in receiving yards this season, won't play after also suffering an injury in Week 13. The team placed him on injured reserve Friday due to a core ailment.

The Browns have also had injury concerns at quarterback since ruling Deshaun Watson out for the season due to a shoulder ailment. Coach Kevin Stefanksi refused to pick a starter between Joe Flacco and rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson for the Jaguars matchup.
