Need assistance installing WiFi card Archer TX3000E in Linux Mint 17

Trying to install this TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe Card (Archer TX3000E)
in this PC -- motherboard msi fm2-a75ma-e35, cpu AMD A6-5400K with Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon.

According to my research, the card's chip is Intel AX200 and should work in Linux - https://techsphinx.com/linux/pcie-wifi-cards-for-linux/ and maybe even out of the box.
It is physically installed on the mobo. The card came without a promised driver CD, but supposedly I can download one from a support site.
The system driver manager does not show anything relative.
The PC is a spare used for printing, photo, etc and is not internet connected, but I have one that is.
My router is Netgear R6080 and I have a wifi network established (security cameras)
I could use some help with how to proceed step by step, please. Basically, I put in the card and now what?
