The NFL found that the Cincinnati Bengals were in full compliance with the league's injury report policy concerning the situation with Joe Burrow in Week 11, a league spokesperson announced Saturday.

Burrow was seen wearing a sleeve on his right wrist in a video released by the team before the prime-time contest versus the Baltimore Ravens despite not being listed on the injury report. Burrow said the sleeve was worn to prevent swelling in his wrist during flights, according to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports.

The 26-year-old Burrow ended up suffering a season-ending wrist injury in the game, tearing a ligament in his right throwing hand in the second quarter. He had successful surgery on the ailment in late November.

The NFL reviewed medical records and interviewed the Bengals' medical staff and Burrow during the investigation, per Jones. The league ultimately found that the team did everything correctly leading up to the Week 11 game.

Cincinnati is rolling with Jake Browning as its starter with Burrow sidelined. The 27-year-old shone in last week's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, throwing for 354 yards with two total touchdowns while completing over 85% of his throws.

The 6-6 Bengals will face off against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
