[SOLVED] nvidia driver ok, but intel-mesa selected for glx
by fsauer from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6H74A)
Hi all,
I'm currently baffled by a new behavior of my slackware current. Unfortunately, I cannot resolve during which update or removal of "unneeded" files I broke smthg.
I have been playing via steam and wine without any problems, having a GeForce card in parallel with an on-board intel (unused).
Now, the nvidia driver is installed without hitches, during X startup the nvidia driver is loaded, all looks nice. But glxinfo gives me the intel_mesa.
Please, kindly point me to any things I might have overlooked.
Thank you!
Franz
