Trying to download Proton VPN - Zorin Distro

Hello,
- I am having trouble downloading Proton VPN. Their website has 4 steps, but I am stuck on step number two (https://protonvpn.com/support/offici...ntu-vpn-setup/).
- Step 2 says:
Open a terminal window, cd into your ~/Downloads directory and run the following:
sudo dpkg --install protonvpn-stable-release_1.0.3-2_all.deb - I have know idea how to "cd into my Downloads directory", but I do know how to find my terminal lol!
