Is there a way to create a disk image and back it up to Onedrive?

I would like to use my "Disks" app on Ubuntu 20.04 to create an image backup for my o/s partition and store the image file on Onedrive.
Is there a way to do this directly from the Disks app? In other words, is there a way for me to mount my Onedrive account, which exists in the cloud, and point to it when doing the "Create Disk Image" function?
I would like to have a full volume restore capability in case of any disaster.
I guess I could buy an external drive large enough to hold the image backup and then copy that to my Onedrive account, but I'm hoping that there is a way to streamline the process.
