How to disable kde wallet pop-up?

I am sick of this kde wallet, how do I disable it?

I tried uninstalling but it's tangled in other dependencies

It's impossible to uninstall without breaking something
And amazingly I can't find it on my system

there is only an option to download it from kde playstore, but that also is unavailable.
