Hypersensitive touchpad scrolling with 2 fingers
by George528 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6HETD)
I'm on KDE, Arch.
My touchpad has a small area and is sensitive.
I first installed xf86-input-synaptics and that showed me more options in settings: https://i.imgur.com/GSRneGE.png
But It was still not enough
I then tried xinput:
xinput set-prop "SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad" "Synaptics Scrolling Distance" 200 300
It's somewhat reasonable, but its very inaccurate, like, theoretically its less sensitive but its only because the minimum distance is 200, and its not smooth scrolling at all. It skips a lot screen distance and it becomes really frustrating (obviously).
Any way to truly reduce the sensitivity of scrolling besides the "scrolling distance"?
Also for some reason the touchpad scrolling inversed, how to enable back natural scrolling?
