Moving email from one roundcube to an other roundcube

Hi,
I have a old roundcube 1.4.2 running on a server, I would like to move all email from this roundcube to an other roundcube (1.6.5).
I don't have the zipdonwload installed on the roundcube 1.4.2 and it's seems that is not possible to download it.
So, I would like to have some suggestions for exporting email from my old installation and import on my new installation
