How to remove 100% of malicious software froma usb in linux ?

Taking into account as malicious software the software that cybersecurity experts knows as that and do it when you have your computer and usb infected with malicious software even if they can infect your usb without infecting your usb or computer ? If you can do it using command with the grub menu pressing a key like e or entering in some part of that menu doing something somehow how can i do it in the grub menu i showed how i looks in the attached file ?
