New to Linux with problems

I know NOTHING about Linux but managed to install Mint and now need some help. I can't update because I get low disk space warning. I managed to find this " ext4 filesystem root 98.7% full " . Don't know how to fix it. I am using dual boot with win11 and linux takes forever to boot and get message "error activating xkb configuration" Need a lot of help!!!
