KDE5 Slackware 15 - Prepopulate with Xterm, and other apps

I think I just need a pointer. I have several desktops, spread on several monitors. It would be nice to pre-populate xterms in certain locations, on some of those monitors.

Is there a better term?

Where should I be looking for how to do this?
