Old ACER laptop + Q4os 32bit + no WiFi

Renewed a great old ACER laptop =AMD64cpu NOT multi-core.
Attempted SolidStateDrive =OK as storage device,
but BIOS would not boot from it.
Installed original HardDrive.
Attempted two 64bit Q4os/Debian installs
=both failed to GRUB boot.
Many strange messages from Egypt & Mars !
Assumed that 'old' Athlon-64bit was the problem.
Installed 32bit Q4os =perfect =no problems & FAST !
However,
I need a install guide for WiFi.
