recommend one of these two motherboards for me?

When I get around to it, I am going to buy a new motherboard for my intended desktop build. The board will be for some AMD AM3 or AM3 CPU, specifically some Athlon II X2. I have an Athlon II X4 645 bookmarked, but I'm not adamant on that one.
ANyway, These are the two boards I am looking at. Does anyone want to recommend one or the other? (Will not necessarily buy from these sources. I just know it has to be unused. I won't consider a used motherboard.) I don't know what details I should specify about my computing needs, and will wait for someone to ask; but if it helps, my needs are limited enough that for years I've accomplished everything with 10-15 year old ThinkPad T series laptops. Anyway--

I think that if no one convinces me to select the first of those, I will get the second by default. I don't remember what the motherboard exact model was from my last desktop computer 2-3 years ago, but it might have been this board anyway--it looks very familiar. Um, I know that was an ASUS and it looked like this model...
