Hi all,

H/W: Lenovo ideapad
O/S: Ubuntu
Desktop: xfce4
Browser: Brave & 2 others.

I've been watching biathlon livestreams at the international biathlon union website for years, until (over the holidays) they changed the site, and the "watch live" button now takes me to Eurovision sports website. After signing up, I've used it "eventually" three times, with Brave browser.

First time, no problem.

Second time, error message (see below), replay did not start; tried firefox, initially got a different error message, then the same message as Brave; So I went back to Brave, and deleted 24 hrs of browser data, after which it worked (but I no longer believe anything I did made the difference).

Third time, same error message, replay did not start; repeated steps above, no result. restarted machine, restarted browser etc. No result. After about 1/2 an hour retrying the same failed ideas, it finally came good.

Fourth time. Today. same error message, replay did not start. And will not start after 2 hours messing with those failed ideas. Tried Chrome, firefox, brave and tried to log in on a proxy. No results.

Here is the error message (from Brave):

6007 - Shaka Error DRM.LICENSE_REQUEST_FAILED (shaka.util.Error { "severity": 2, "category": 1, "code": 1001, "data": [ "https://evsp4wab.anycast.nagra.com/EVSP4WAB/wvls/contentlicenseservice/v1/licenses", 400, "{"status":"UNGRANTED_REQUEST","code":400,"errorCode":4006,"message":"Invalid request"}", { "content-length": "86", "content-type": "application/json" }, 2 ], "handled": false, "message": "Shaka Error NETWORK.BAD_HTTP_STATUS (https://evsp4wab.anycast.nagra.com/EVSP4WAB/wvls/contentlicenseservice/v1/licenses,400,{"status":"UNGRANTED_REQUEST","code":400,"errorCode":4006,"message":"Invalid request"},[object Object],2)", "stack": "Error: Shaka Error NETWORK.BAD_HTTP_STATUS (https://evsp4wab.anycast.nagra.com/EVSP4WAB/wvls/contentlicenseservice/v1/licenses,400,{"status":"UNGRANTED_REQUEST","code":400,"errorCode":4006,"message":"Invalid request"},[object Object],2)\n at new t8 (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/st....js:24:1613)\n at bC (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/st...s:29:195232)\n at eW.h (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/st...s:29:196867)\n at ez (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/st...js:20:34411)\n at eG.next (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/st...js:20:34737)\n at ek (https://eurovisionsport.com/_next/static/chunks/2b90ea19.e03b84c6da502465.js:20:34988)" })

duckduckgoing around, it seems that errorCode 4006 is the main take away message? I never encountered shaka or nagra before, but search suggests (maybe) content passed between my browser and their security server needs to be "wrapped".

All inputs warmly appreciated.

Regards...

Andrew
