Matt Eberflus helped turn the Bears' season around from train wreck to good enough. But as uncomfortable questions start at Halas Hall, Ryan Poles and the Bears should chase Jim Harbaugh with everything they've got to prove they are finally ready to swim with the NFL's big boys.
