British dancer dies in US after eating mislabelled biscuit containing peanuts

Tributes have been paid to a dancer from Lancashire who moved to the US and died after eating a biscuit that contained peanuts.

Orla Baxendale, 25, had a peanut allergy. She died on 11 January after going into anaphylactic shock caused by the mislabelled vanilla florentine cookie she ate.
