Calls for training after assault charges dropped against Hamilton man Tasered during a seizure

A Hamilton man who faced assault charges after he suffered a seizureand then was Tasered by police in 2022 is happy the Crown dropped the charges this week. His lawyer says more needs to be done to ensure first responders treat seizures as a medical issue and not a criminal one.
