Next-gen Intel Arrow Lake-S CPU spotted with 24-threads and no AVX-512 functionality

A new Intel test system was spotted featuring an Arrow-Lake S desktop engineering sample. The chip reportedly comes with 24-threads and a rather low 3 GHz clock speed. Apparently, there's no AVX-512 support on the chip either.
